1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and 77haha ("77haha," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 77haha website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). Each User is permitted only one (1) account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Deposit Methods

77haha accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, credit and debit cards, and other methods as displayed on the Platform. All deposits must be made from payment accounts or methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Currency

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 77haha's aggregate liability exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or one hundred thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 100,000), whichever is less.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 77haha, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance
• Your use or misuse of the Platform
• Any false or misleading information provided during registration or verification

11. Account Suspension and Termination

77haha reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, and refuse any and all current or future use of the Platform for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms or any applicable law
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Engaging in fraudulent activity or prohibited conduct
• Failure to verify your identity when requested
• Prolonged account inactivity
• Engaging in bonus abuse or irregular betting patterns
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement

Upon account termination, all balances may be forfeited if termination results from your breach of these Terms. If termination is initiated by 77haha for reasons other than breach, your remaining balance will be returned to you subject to completion of verification requirements and deduction of any applicable fees.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute with 77haha, you must first contact customer support to attempt resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved through customer support, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

13. Modifications to Terms

When we modify these Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify registered users via email or through Platform notifications. Material changes will be prominently announced on the Platform prior to taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to modified Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may close your account. 14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
